Risk Events Manager, Edinburgh or Bristol, Hybrid Summary of the role An FCA-regulated business are seeking a dedicated professional to join the company, as a Risk Events Manager.
They are looking for someone who will play a pivotal role in managing business incidents and risk events, ensuring governance frameworks and controls are adhered to while working closely with Operations, IT, Client and the Business' stakeholders.
You will coordinate investigations, track actions through to completion, conduct root cause analysis, produce management information and support customer rectification activities.
The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business areas, helping to improve customer outcomes, strengthen controls and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
What you'll be doing Managing business incidents and risk events in line with governance frameworks and agreed controls.
Chairing meetings with internal stakeholders, the company's representatives, IT teams and operational colleagues to drive incident resolution.
Tracking actions, monitoring progress and ensuring timely completion of remediation activities arising from incidents and risk events.
