The Digital Merchandising Specialist will be a part of the Global Digital Merchandising team, who are ultimately responsible for developing and executing holistic merchandising strategies for the Store App, in partnership with key stakeholders and program leads.
Experience Required:
- Experience in Digital Merchandising or Digital Marketing is essential
- Delivering marketing campaigns and promotions
- Ability to create merchandising briefs
- Knowledge of content localisation processes
- Ability to optimise messaging and content for different markets
- Experience maintaining regular merchandising performance reports and analysis
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product marketing, content management/production, and commercial programs.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of key WW and locally originated campaigns and promotions, including creation of marketing and merchandising briefs, managing production team relationships and deliverables, validation of content, and performance analysis.
- Provide merchandising support for key Emerging markets/European markets. This will include content localisation, delivering market specific commercial and brand activity, and messaging and content optimisation for market requirements.
- Responsible for local digital strategy and merchandising execution of Accessories/Education category.
- Maintain regular merchandising performance reporting and analysis across campaign promotions and owned key markets to identify commercial and experiential opportunities challenges, suggesting options to address and/or resolve.
- Maintain close partnerships with key cross functional teams including marketing, product marketing, content management/production and commercial programs to deliver above area of responsibility.
