Sanderson is working in partnership with its client in the UK. We are currently recruiting for a CIPD/HR Consultant to be based in London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and expertise on process improvements to the current end-to-end process, looking for efficiencies and implementing enhanced practices to improve the process and experience for officers on recuperative duties.
The preferred candidate must be CIPD Certified, hold a NPPV2 Clearance, and ideally have worked in a similar role and environment previously.
