Our Blue Chip Utilities client is looking for a Senior Capability Workforce Planning Lead with demonstrable experience of working on large transformation programmes and SFIA.
The role will be 50% on site can be based out of Reading or Glasgow and will be via an Umbrella company Lead the capability and workforce planning workstream of the IT transformation, ensuring our client has the capability, structure and ways of working required to deliver its IT strategy.
The role will establish a clear, evidence-based view of current capability across the IT organisation (~950 staff), define future capability requirements, and drive targeted interventions to close identified gaps.
This is both a strategic hands on role This includes working closely with HR and IT Senior Stakeholders on the design and implementation of enterprise-wide job families aligned to SFIA, the review and development of structured learning and development technical offers, and the establishment of baseline certification expectations for each role.
