We are working with an innovative UK technology business developing AI powered software solutions that combine multiple data sources to deliver intelligent situational awareness and Real Time insights. Their technology is deployed across cloud, edge and on premise environments.

Location - Bristol - two days a week onsite

Salary - Up to £85,000

The Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and deploying advanced computer vision and machine learning solutions. You will be working with large scale image datasets and developing high performance models for real world applications. Working as part of a small engineering team, you will have significant ownership of technical solutions while collaborating closely with colleagues across the business.

Key Skills

  • Strong commercial experience with Python and PyTorch
  • Proven expertise in Computer Vision rather than general Machine Learning or LLMs
  • Experience in developing and deploying production ready machine learning models
  • Strong understanding of the full ML life cycles, from model deployments through to deployment
  • Experience working with large scale image datasets
  • Knowledge of object detection, tracking, classification or similar computer vision techniques
  • Experience with model optimisation and performance tuning
  • Exposure to edge inference and deploying models in production
