Salary: Up to GBP45,000-GBP50,000 + 10% Bonus

Are you an experienced Bordereaux Analyst looking to join a dynamic underwriting operations team at the heart of the London Market? We are seeking a detail-driven professional to take on a key role in managing, analysing, and improving our bordereaux data and processes.
As a Bordereaux Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and timely processing of bordereaux data across multiple lines of business. You\’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams, outsourced providers, and market stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Lloyd\’s standards and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bordereaux subject matter expert and point of contact for queries.
- Oversee data processed by outsourced teams, maintaining high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
- Support and develop our bordereaux management system (VIPR – Intrali).
- Own the production and analysis of bordereaux MI reports, audits, and quality checks.
- Collaborate with Brokers, Coverholders, and Underwriters to resolve data issues and improve data quality.
- Drive process improvements and support training documentation updates.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bordereaux Analyst within the Lloyd\’s or London Market.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent Excel and data-handling skills.
- Working knowledge of VIPR – Intrali (essential).
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
