Our client, a leading and expanding IT MSP located in the Bristol area, and a Microsoft cloud service provider, is looking to hire a 1st line Support Engineer
The successful candidate will offer outsourced, 1st line IT support (Service desk), security, hybrid cloud as well as modern workspace.
Responsibilities:
- 1st line tech support via phone, email, remote and deskside.
- Strong customer service experience
- Troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software and network issues to provide resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the 2/3 tier support or to the relevant supplier.
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely & effective problem resolution.
Skills and experience required (not all essential):
- Office 365
- Intune
- Windows
- Active Directory
- Previous experience in an IT support/Service Desk/1st line support role
