A fast-growing insurance business is scaling its digital and operational capability and needs two hands-on PM/BA professionals to help deliver critical change at pace. These roles are delivery-first, high exposure, and ideal for people who like rolling their sleeves up rather than hiding behind process.
The Role
- Enhancing an existing quote & bind digital product
- Delivering new digital platforms end-to-end
- Supporting implementation of a new policy administration system
- Taking work from definition through to live delivery and BAU handover
This is a true PM/BA blend role — perfect if you enjoy owning delivery, shaping requirements, and driving outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- London Market insurance experience
- Strong Business Analysis capability with some PM delivery experience (BA-leaning profiles welcome; pure PMs without BA exposure less suitable)
- Systems / digital delivery background
- Confident engaging stakeholders from C-suite to developers
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Clear communicator, including with offshore / non-native English speakers
- Policy administration system exposure
- Quote & bind / trading platform experience
- Underwriting, delegated authority, or market-facing background
