Hiring: Business Change Project Managers – London Market Insurance 🚨

I am partnering with one of our London Market insurers in recruiting a small team of Project Managers to deliver high-impact digital, business change and automation initiatives.

📍 London (Hybrid) – 2–3 days per week in the office

The role:

• Leading digital, business change and automation programmes end-to-end
• Driving transformation across people, process and technology
• Owning full project lifecycle delivery — from early case through to closure
• Managing governance, SteerCo reporting, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation
• Partnering closely with senior stakeholders in a regulated insurance environment

About you:

• Proven experience delivering digital and business change
• London Market / insurance experience is essential
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery capability
• Comfortable operating in complex, regulated environments
