Are you a London Market insurance expert with deep Property & Casualty experience and a passion for transformation, technology, and solution design? A fast-growing global insurance services provider is expanding its UK leadership team and is seeking a Practice Lead to help shape and deliver London Market solutions for major insurance clients. This opportunity is for someone who combines Lloyd’s / London Market domain expertise with solution architecture, consulting, and transformation experience. You will play a critical role in positioning our client as the go-to London Market solution partner.
The Opportunity
- You will help design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions for clients across the Lloyd’s and wider London Market ecosystem.
- This role will suit someone who enjoys combining industry expertise, technology solutioning, and client engagement to solve real business challenges.
Solution Leadership
- Lead end-to-end solution design across insurance services.
- Support RFP responses, solution architecture, and value proposition development.
- Deliver client presentations, demos and pre-sales support.
- Ensure solutions are commercially viable, scalable, and aligned to transformation goals.
- Develop proactive solution proposals addressing emerging London Market opportunities.
Transformation & Advisory
- Provide hands-on expertise across Lloyd’s and London Market transformation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for digitisation, automation and operating model evolution.
- Support development of next-generation insurance capabilities.
Market Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across: Lloyd’s market carriers, MGAs, Brokers, London Market ecosystem partners.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory changes, pricing dynamics and technology innovation.
Experience Required
- We are looking for a recognised London Market / Lloyd’s specialist with approximately 10+ years’ experience, including:
- Property & Casualty insurance expertise.
- Extensive Lloyd’s of London / London Market experience (essential).
- Experience across insurance operations, solutioning, or consulting environments.
- Exposure to insurance technology, architecture, or digital transformation programmes.
- Proven ability to translate business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
London – Hybrid working (approx. 3 days per week in office).
