What you’ll be doing:

  • Working across underwriting, operations, engineering, UX and process teams
  • Eliciting, shaping and challenging business requirements from senior stakeholders
  • Mapping and redesigning end-to-end business processes
  • Performing gap analysis and turning insights into practical solutions
  • Creating clear user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, functional specs and process maps
  • Supporting delivery squads through sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retros
  • Facilitating workshops and training to drive adoption and change

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (flexible for high‑quality candidates)
  • Experience of working with Commercial Lines / London Insurance Market
  • Strong process engineering and requirements definition skills

  • Able to juggle priorities in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑heavy environment
  • Experience working with cross‑functional digital teams
  • Insurance experience strongly preferred (London Market a big plus)
  • Exposure to system implementations helpful, not essential
  • Open to AI‑enabled ways of working and modern delivery approaches

Tools & tech:

  • JIRA, Confluence or similar
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Experience working in squad‑based or Agile‑style environments

Nice to haves:
