Job Title: CRM Manager / Email Marketing Manager / Marketing Automation Manager Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (potential flexibility for the right person) + Benefits Location: Central Bristol, Hybrid (2 to 3 days a week in the office) We are working in partnership with a Bristol based client (B2C) who are growing out their in-house marketing and product function, including hiring a Marketing Automation Manager. They are a well-established, midsize firm, who, due to continued success, are building out their internal marketing capacity in order to maximise customer data. There is a lot of buy-in from senior stakeholders and a strong strategy in place, so we\’re looking for someone to help deliver the email marketing strategy. This role would be perfect for someone who wants to be part of a growing business, loves having autonomy in their work and is interested is the strategic analysis and implementation of Email Marketing Campaigns to build retention and loyalty. The main channels used will be Email, SMS and Push notifications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing and retention automation strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty Design and execute targeted email and SMS campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing Create and manage customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programs.
