Role: Cloud Engineer Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: up to £65,000 + Bonus this brand new exciting Cloud Engineer role for an Internationally renowned real estate magnet. The role is critical in the companies IT Transformation journey. The position will use automation work flows to simplify and streamline infrastructure provisioning and configuration within our estate. Implementing continuous improvements to our guardrails and policies to deliver stable, resilient and secure cloud solutions. Ideal Candidate: Proficient in configuration, design & support of Microsoft Servers up to 2022. Preferably to vendor accreditation level. VMWare 7 and above virtual infrastructures would be beneficial. Thorough understanding of design and operational concepts related to Cloud infrastructures (upgrades, migrations, backup, restore, DR, patching, anti-virus, systems management, monitoring, security and reporting) Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals: IP services (DNS, DHCP, IPSEC) & networking concepts. Knowledge of VPN/LAN/WAN and Cloud networking technologies. Accreditation to vendor level for Azure, Microsoft 365 products. At least 5 years experience of working in medium to enterprise scale environments working to ITIL, Agile & Prince 2 frameworks.
