As a Cocktail Server, you will support the seamless running of the two Hotel bars, by providing a highly efficient and effective service ensuring a smooth delivery of our delicious drinks and bar snacks to our guests' tables.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
- Previous experience within hotels or service-based industry would be ideal but not required.
- Good communication skills.
- Sense of urgency.
