The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team
- Driving sales, conversion and overall commercial performance
- Taking ownership of store KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Delivering consistently high standards of customer experience
- Managing day-to-day store operations, stock and visual standards
- Recruiting, coaching and developing team members
- Creating a positive, high-performance store culture
- Working closely with the wider business to deliver commercial objectives
About you
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager, or an exceptional Assistant Store Manager ready to step up, with:
- Experience within premium, lifestyle or customer-led retail
- A strong track record of delivering against commercial targets
- Confidence managing KPIs and store performance
- Strong people leadership and team development skills
- High standards of customer service and operational execution
- A proactive, hands-on and commercially minded approach
Experience within beauty, skincare, wellness, fragrance, fashion or another premium consumer environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits
