One of the most exciting consumer growth stories we’ve come across this year. A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now investing heavily in its technology capability as a core driver of growth and customer experience. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and own the tech function from the ground up.
The role:
- Define and deliver the overall technology strategy aligned to business growth
- Build and lead the technology function - team, partners and infrastructure
- Own all customer-facing and internal systems across a multi-site environment
- Drive digital product development, platforms and integrations
- Improve data, reporting and insight to support commercial decision-making
- Optimise systems that enhance customer journey, retention and lifetime value
- Ensure scalability, security and performance as the business grows rapidly
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team
Why this role stands out:
- True ownership of the technology roadmap from day one
- Opportunity to build rather than inherit
- Direct impact on customer experience and commercial performance
- High-growth environment with significant upside over the next 24 months
This is not a corporate CTO role. It’s for someone who enjoys building, solving problems and operating at pace — someone equally comfortable in strategy and execution.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Operates in founder mode - hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused
- Has experience in scaling technology within consumer or multi-site environments
- Understands the intersection of product, data and commercial growth
- Can build lean, effective teams and systems without overengineering
- Is motivated by long-term value creation and equity upside
The detail:
- c.£100–150k base
- Equity participation available for the right individual
Alongside this, we’re also supporting the appointment of an HR Director and CFO as part of the broader leadership build-out. If you want to build, shape and scale - this is worth a conversation.
