One of the most exciting consumer growth stories we’ve come across this year. A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now looking to appoint a Finance Director to help shape and scale the business through its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a modern finance function within a high-growth environment, partnering directly with the Founder and senior leadership team.

The role:

  • Lead the day-to-day finance function and support overall business growth
  • Build scalable financial processes, reporting and controls
  • Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Partner closely with the Founder on commercial and operational decision-making
  • Drive site-level profitability, margin optimisation and cost control
  • Support future fundraising activity and investor reporting
  • Improve systems, visibility and financial governance as the business scales
  • Help shape longer-term financial strategy and operational planning

Why this role stands out:

  • Genuine opportunity to build rather than inherit
  • High level of exposure to strategic decision-making
  • Fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment with significant momentum
  • Direct influence on commercial performance and future expansion plans
  • Clear progression opportunity as the business continues to scale

This is not a traditional corporate finance role. It’s suited to someone who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment — commercially minded, hands-on and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is pragmatic, commercially sharp and solutions-oriented
  • Has experience within consumer, retail, hospitality or multi-site environments
  • Understands operational and site-level economics
  • Can build lean, scalable finance processes without overengineering
  • Enjoys working closely with founders and leadership teams
  • Is motivated by growth, pace and long-term value creation

The detail:

  • £100,000–£125,000 base salary
  • Bonus and potential equity participation for the right individual

If you want to help build, shape and scale a genuinely exciting consumer brand - this is worth a conversation.
