As Head of Product, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the brand’s product portfolio, ensuring innovation aligns with commercial goals and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic NPD roadmap to support long-term business growth.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and testing to refinement and launch.
- Manage and inspire a small but dynamic NPD team, fostering a culture of creativity and commercial success.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external hospitality & retail partners to bring new products to market.
- Drive category expansion, evolving the existing range while exploring adjacent opportunities.
- Host innovation sessions and product showcases to align stakeholders and demonstrate future opportunities.
- Optimise the product portfolio, balancing innovation with improvements to core offerings.
- Oversee budget management for the NPD function, ensuring premium quality while maintaining cost efficiencies.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strategic and creative NPD leader with a strong track record of developing and launching successful food & beverage products.
- Experience in premium, consumer-driven brands, ideally within hospitality, retail, or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including category refreshes and new market entries.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, driving best practices in NPD, innovation, and commercial performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and external partners.
- Passion for flavour innovation, consumer trends, and premium food & drink experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into profitable product strategies.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead product innovation for a high-growth hospitality brand, shaping the next phase of its evolution. If you’re passionate about developing category-defining products and driving brand success, we’d love to hear from you.
