**Brand Manager – Up to £60k – London**
Are you passionate about brand development and creative campaigns? A leading consumer electronics retailer is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to spearhead brand management and elevate their presence both online and offline.
***You will be a Brand Manager currently with direct reports. Be able to explain and demonstrate how you have created a brand strategy in the past. Have strong creative skills and a full overview of Adobe. Have worked with Asana ideally too!***
Primary Objectives:
Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
Brand Identity and Consistency
- Develop and sustain a distinct and consistent brand voice and image that resonates with the target audience, reinforces the market position, and supports the business objectives, both online and offline.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with content, and acquisition marketing teams to align on brand positioning and messaging.
Communications:
- Craft and oversee the execution of internal and external communications plans.
- Drive customer engagement via email activity, promoting relevant promotions, product launches and key companywide campaigns.
- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and outreach.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to amplify the brand message.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use insights to inform brand strategies and communications.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand and communications efforts.
- Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development:
- Drive the development and evolution of the brand, ensuring it reflects the company\’s vision, values, and market positioning.
Communications Leadership:
- Lead and manage all aspects of communications, including internal and external communication.
Email marketing:
- Oversee the email marketing activity including promotional, new product and key campaign email sends.
Creative Direction:
- Oversee the creation of visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, ensuring they align with the brand’s aesthetics and messaging.
Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial and retail to ensure unified brand messaging and strategy execution.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent
- A proven track record in a similar role, within an omnichannel business
- At least two years’ experience managing an external agency
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise projects and manage stakeholders
- Diplomacy and the ability to maintain relationships with colleagues across multiple locations
- Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and verbal communication
- Creativity and decision making, coupled with the ability to thrive in a friendly, energetic environment that values integrity and embraces change
