We’re working with an exciting new hotel in London to appoint a Sales Manager who’s done it all before — someone who knows what it takes to launch a hotel from the ground up and drive commercial success from day one.

This is a rare opportunity to be the founding Sales hire for a brand-new property, joining during the pre-opening phase and playing a lead role in putting the hotel on the map.

The must-haves:

  • You’ve opened a hotel before. You know the pace, the pressure, and the playbook – from planning pre-launch campaigns to building the right mix of business.
  • You’re well-versed in the full channel mix – TMCs, consortia, direct bookings, OTAs, website traffic, local partnerships and more.
  • You’re confident working independently but collaborative in nature – this role is hands-on and strategic.

The role in a nutshell:

  • Be the go-to person for all things sales ahead of the hotel’s launch.
  • Build and manage relationships across corporate, leisure, group and agency segments.
  • Develop a sales strategy that aligns with revenue and marketing plans.
  • Drive awareness and build demand across all relevant B2B and B2C channels.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events and local networking forums.
  • Work closely with the GM and central team during the pre-opening and beyond.

What’s in it for you?

  • A high-impact role where your work will shape the commercial success of a brand-new hotel.
  • Salary up to £55,000 + performance bonus.
  • Full autonomy to build the sales function from scratch.
  • Supportive, entrepreneurial culture – no red tape.

If you’re a confident hotel sales manager with pre-opening experience, strong industry contacts and a passion for launching something fresh – we’d love to hear from you.
