An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Partner-level Real Estate lawyer to lead and grow its Manchester-based property practice. This is a strategic leadership role within a growing commercial legal team, offering the opportunity to shape and expand a real estate function with ambitious growth plans already in motion.
The successful individual will oversee a team of fee earners, drive business development activity, manage key client relationships, and work closely with senior leadership on the wider commercial strategy. The firm supports a broad range of corporate, SME and high-net-worth clients across multiple sectors and has an established national presence.
The Opportunity
