We’re supporting a high-growth UK insurance broker & MGA group undertaking a major operational and systems transformation programme across its Retail, Wholesale and MGA divisions. This is not a traditional infrastructure-led role. Instead, we’re looking for someone with deep experience across:
- insurance broking operations
- Acturis and insurance platform implementations
- systems migration and integration
- operational transformation
- stakeholder and change management
The immediate focus will be leading a major Acturis implementation programme across the Retail broking division, followed by wider systems transformation initiatives across Wholesale and London Market operations.
We’re especially keen to speak with individuals who have:
- Led Acturis implementations or migrations
- Worked within insurance brokers, MGAs or London Market businesses
- Delivered operational systems change programmes
- Strong understanding of broking workflows and insurance operations
- Experience bridging business operations and technology delivery
- Experience with platforms such as: Acturis, Applied Epic, SSP, Open GI, CDL or similar insurance systems would be highly valuable.
