We are supporting a growing UK food brand in the search for a Head of Out-of-Home & Foodservice to lead the expansion of the brand across new commercial channels. This is a key leadership role focused on developing and scaling the brand’s presence beyond traditional grocery, building strong partnerships across foodservice, wholesale and contract catering environments.

The Role

Reporting into the senior leadership team, this position will take ownership of the out-of-home channel strategy, identifying and unlocking new growth opportunities across the UK market. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing the out-of-home and foodservice growth strategy
  • Building strong commercial partnerships across contract catering, workplace dining, hospitality and wholesale
  • Expanding distribution through key route-to-market partners such as foodservice distributors and wholesalers
  • Identifying and securing opportunities within corporate dining, travel, leisure and hospitality environments
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, brand and retail teams to maximise channel performance and brand visibility
  • Managing key strategic accounts and developing long-term partnerships
  • Using market insight and commercial data to identify new channel and customer opportunities

The Profile

We are keen to speak with commercially driven leaders who bring a strong understanding of out-of-home route-to-market within the UK food industry. Ideal candidates will typically have:

  • Experience operating at Head of, Commercial Director or Senior Business Development level within FMCG or food brands
  • A strong track record of building and scaling foodservice and out-of-home channels
  • Experience working with contract caterers, wholesalers or foodservice distributors
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop strategic partnerships
  • Experience navigating complex route-to-market environments and delivering sustainable revenue growth
