We're partnering with one of the UK's most respected premium hospitality brands to appoint an Ecommerce & Marketing Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic consumer business with a loyal following and a reputation built on quality, craftsmanship and exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with the Commercial Director, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the ecommerce operation whilst supporting wider digital marketing initiatives that continue to grow the brand. This is a genuinely varied role, combining ecommerce trading, merchandising, customer experience and digital marketing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys balancing commercial performance with creative brand execution.

The Role

  • Owning day-to-day ecommerce trading performance.
  • Managing online merchandising, seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Optimising customer journeys, navigation and conversion rates.
  • Monitoring sales performance, customer behaviour and key ecommerce KPIs.
  • Working closely with marketing to deliver engaging campaigns across digital channels.
  • Managing website content, imagery and product presentation.
  • Coordinating with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the online customer experience and drive commercial growth.

About You

You'll be commercially minded, naturally curious and enjoy using data to improve online performance, whilst also having an appreciation for brand, design and customer experience.
