As part of its continued expansion, the company is seeking a commercially focused Channel Marketing Manager to drive growth across priority partners and regions. The Role
The Channel Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue through distribution and manufacturing partners. Acting as the strategic marketing partner to sales and channel stakeholders, you will develop and execute scalable channel marketing programmes that strengthen partner engagement, increase demand and deliver measurable commercial impact. This is a hands-on role balancing strategic planning with disciplined execution and clear ROI accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary marketing partner to assigned channel accounts, aligning initiatives with commercial growth objectives
- Develop and implement annual partner marketing plans to drive awareness, lead generation and sell-through performance
- Identify growth opportunities within the channel and design targeted activation programmes
- Manage and optimise regional marketing budgets with a strong focus on return on investment
- Lead partner onboarding marketing strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and activation frameworks
- Develop scalable marketing toolkits and point-of-sale programmes to drive pull-through demand
- Own the strategy and execution of trade shows and partner events, ensuring qualified lead capture and pipeline follow-up
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, communications and sales teams to maximise visibility and launch impact
- Track, analyse and report on channel performance using CRM and campaign data to continuously refine approach
About You
- 5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within a channel or distribution-led environment
- Demonstrated ability to link marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, partners and cross-functional teams
- Experience managing budgets with a performance optimisation mindset
- Structured project management capability with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM systems (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
