Data & Business Intelligence Analyst London (Hybrid) | Specialty Insurance
Sanderson King is supporting a fast-growing insurance business as it builds out its data and insight capability. This is a newly created, hands-on role focused on turning complex insurance data into clear, decision-ready insight.
This role sits at the heart of the business, working closely with underwriting, claims, operations and senior leadership to deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards and analysis that directly inform decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Building and owning management information and dashboards (Power BI preferred)
- Translating underwriting, claims and operational data into actionable insight
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand reporting and insight needs
- Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reporting standards
- Supporting data governance and best-practice use of information
- Producing clear, commercially focused analysis for leadership teams
- Business intelligence or analytics experience within P&C insurance
- Strong SQL capability and experience working with complex datasets
- Proven experience building dashboards and MI for senior stakeholders
- Confident communicator able to explain data to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing business
