Executive search firm Sanderson King is recruiting multiple Professional Risks Lawyers ranging from Associate and Senior Associate to Legal Director and Partner levels for a progressive, growing law firm with a Tier 2 Legal 500 ranked practice in Manchester and Leeds, UK.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in professional indemnity or property damage liability claims from a defendant perspective.
- Insurance coverage experience is ideal.
- London Market exposure is considered highly relevant.
- Suitability across multiple seniority levels from Associate to Partner.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Handling professional indemnity and professional liability matters.
- Managing property damage and liability claims.
- Providing insurance coverage advice and resolving disputes.
- Handling management liability and D&O, as well as cyber and data risks.
- Managing complex disputes up to multi-million-pound matters for clients across construction, accounting, technology, care, and non-profit sectors.
- Developing client relationships, generating new work, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to practice growth (for senior levels).
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Base Pay Range: £45,000.00/yr - £100,000.00/yr (plus bonus and package, dependent on experience and level)
Mode: Full-time, On-site (Manchester / Leeds)
