One of the most exciting consumer growth stories we’ve come across this year. A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now looking to appoint a Finance Director to help shape and scale the business through its next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a modern finance function within a high‑growth environment, partnering directly with the Founder and senior leadership team.

The role:

  • Lead the day-to-day finance function and support overall business growth
  • Build scalable financial processes, reporting and controls
  • Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
  • Partner closely with the Founder on commercial and operational decision-making
  • Drive site-level profitability, margin optimisation and cost control
  • Support future fundraising activity and investor reporting
  • Improve systems, visibility and financial governance as the business scales
  • Help shape longer-term financial strategy and operational planning

Why this role stands out:

  • Genuine opportunity to build rather than inherit
  • High level of exposure to strategic decision-making
  • Fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment with significant momentum
  • Direct influence on commercial performance and future expansion plans
  • Clear progression opportunity as the business continues to scale

This is not a traditional corporate finance role. It’s suited to someone who enjoys operating in a fast-moving environment — commercially minded, hands‑on and comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is pragmatic, commercially sharp and solutions-oriented
  • Has experience within consumer, retail, hospitality or multi-site environments
  • Understands operational and site-level economics
  • Can build lean, scalable finance processes without overengineering
  • Enjoys working closely with founders and leadership teams
  • Is motivated by growth, pace and long-term value creation

The detail:

  • Bonus and potential equity participation for the right individual

Alongside this, we’re also supporting the appointment of an HR Director and CTO as part of the broader leadership build‑out. If you want to help build, shape and scale a genuinely exciting consumer brand - this is worth a conversation.
