One of the most exciting consumer growth stories we’ve come across this year. A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now investing heavily in its technology capability as a core driver of growth and customer experience. This is a career-defining opportunity to build and own the tech function from the ground up.

The role:

  • Define and deliver the overall technology strategy aligned to business growth
  • Build and lead the technology function - team, partners and infrastructure
  • Own all customer-facing and internal systems across a multi-site environment
  • Drive digital product development, platforms and integrations
  • Improve data, reporting and insight to support commercial decision-making
  • Optimise systems that enhance customer journey, retention and lifetime value
  • Ensure scalability, security and performance as the business grows rapidly
  • Act as a key strategic partner to the Founder and leadership team

Why this role stands out:

  • True ownership of the technology roadmap from day one
  • Opportunity to build rather than inherit
  • Direct impact on customer experience and commercial performance
  • High-growth environment with significant upside over the next 24 months

This is not a corporate CTO role. It’s for someone who enjoys building, solving problems and operating at pace — someone equally comfortable in strategy and execution.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Operates in founder mode - hands-on, pragmatic and delivery-focused
  • Has experience in scaling technology within consumer or multi-site environments
  • Understands the intersection of product, data and commercial growth
  • Can build lean, effective teams and systems without overengineering
  • Is motivated by long-term value creation and equity upside

The detail:

c.£100–150k base. Equity participation available for the right individual. Alongside this, we’re also supporting the appointment of an HR Director and CFO as part of the broader leadership build-out. If you want to build, shape and scale - this is worth a conversation.
