We are supporting a large, complex organisation through a period of transition, seeking an Interim Stakeholder & Public Engagement Communications Lead to provide senior leadership and direction across a multi-disciplinary communications function. This is a high-impact interim mandate, operating at executive level and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight across communications, engagement, digital and content
- Act as a senior advisor on stakeholder positioning, messaging and reputation
- Ensure continuity and effectiveness during a period of organisational change
- Assess team capability, structure and performance
- Support the design of a future-fit communications function
We are seeking:
- A senior communications leader who has operated at Head / Director level
- Experience within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations
- Strong stakeholder and public engagement expertise
- A commercially minded approach
- Proven ability to deliver impact quickly in interim environments
