We are currently seeking a dedicated User Researcher to join a leading organisation based in the UK. The candidate will use a variety of research methodologies to develop valuable customer insights for brand experiences and communications. This role focuses on highly interactive web, mobile and other digital applications.
Rate – £490.00 per day inside IR35.
Location – London – hybrid working.
Duration – 6 months with the opportunity of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Employ a wide range of research techniques including ethnographic research, generative, quantitative research, workshops, third-party research, surveys, focus groups, social listening, prototyping and usability and accessibility testing.
- Interpret and analyse research data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategic brand initiatives.
- Procure comprehensive research reports to guide decision making and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong technical or statistical background with excellent analytic skills.
- Proven experience in user research methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
