This is a senior, high-impact role sitting across delivery, client engagement, and technical oversight. You’ll be responsible for keeping multiple workstreams aligned, unblocked, and delivering value, while acting as the key interface between engineering teams and senior client stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operating at the centre of the programme, you’ll bridge the gap between engineering teams, stakeholders, and end users, bringing structure and clarity across both technical and delivery domains.
  • This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be setting direction, resolving challenges, and keeping multiple workstreams moving forward.
  • You’ll be expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, engaging senior stakeholders while ensuring engineering teams are supported, unblocked, and delivering effectively.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership of day-to-day programme delivery across multiple technical workstreams.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, blockers, and issues.
  • Leading engagement with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite level, building trust and ensuring continued programme backing.
  • Coordinating across internal engineering teams, client-side product owners, and external suppliers.
  • Providing technical direction across data and application domains, either directly or via subject matter experts.
  • Overseeing requirements definition, prioritisation, sprint reviews, and user engagement activities.
  • Supporting delivery leads with infrastructure, engagement, and programme execution where needed.
  • Engaging directly with end users to ensure solutions are delivering real value.
  • Identifying and resolving dependencies across teams to maintain delivery momentum.
