Technical Performance Analyst

  • Rate: £490.00pd
  • IR35: Inside (Umbrella)
  • Clearance: BPSS
  • Location: Remote with occasional travel to the London office

Our client is seeking a competent technical analyst to work with their large-scale public-sector end customer on an initial 6-month engagement. Extensions are highly likely based on the volume of work. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the project team measure and assess service performance outcomes (for example, what good looks like and how it will be measured)

Additional Responsibilities

  • Applying analysis techniques to relevant contexts
  • Helping to define and create performance measurements with the wider team, including identifying reporting requirements, advising on tooling, implementation and validation of tools to deliver against these requirements
  • Present analysis and visualisations in clear ways to both specialist and non-specialist audiences, with support
  • give tactical recommendations based on analysis and insight to inform decision making
