We are currently working alongside a consultancy organisation seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join a high-profile programme on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering complex technical initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Key Details
- Contract Length: May to August (initial term)
- Day Rate: Up to £525 per day (Inside IR35)
- Security Clearance: Active SC clearance required (must have been used within the last 12 months)
- Extension: Possible, subject to the outcome of a wider Delivery Partner bid (TBC)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and stakeholders
- Oversee delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Drive Agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
- Act as the primary interface between technical teams and senior stakeholders
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role
- Strong background in delivering complex technical or digital programmes
- Experience working in secure/government environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience with Agile methodologies
Desirable
- Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes
- Familiarity with public sector delivery frameworks
