We are looking for an experienced Cisco Telephony & Videoconferencing Team Lead to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of our Cisco Collaboration environment. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership, taking ownership of Cisco telephony and video conferencing services in a global, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and major outages.
  • Lead Cisco Telephony and Videoconferencing projects from design through implementation.
  • Drive Major Incident, Problem Management, and Root Cause Analysis activities.
  • Collaborate with customers, Service Delivery Managers, and technical teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, technical standards, and operational excellence across the team.
  • Maintain and review HLDs, LLDs, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and implementation of hardware and configurations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years experience in Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration environments.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
    • Unity Connection
    • Jabber
    • Cisco IP Phones
    • Cisco Meeting Server (CMS)
    • Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS)
    • Cisco Video Endpoints
  • Strong knowledge of SIP and H.323 protocols.
  • Experience with VMware v7/v8.
  • Proven experience leading technical teams, projects, or service delivery activities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Kurmi, Telisca, RTMT, Prognosis, PeterConnects
  • WAN/LAN networking and security
  • Systems administration and desktop environments
