Location: Crawley, West Sussex (2 days onsite per week)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Service Designer to support the delivery of user-centred services within a regulated environment, designing and improving compliant, end-to-end service experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimise end-to-end services across multiple touchpoints
- Produce service blueprints, journey maps, and other core design artefacts
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams to implement solutions
- Ensure services meet regulatory, compliance, and governance standards
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and alignment sessions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Designer in complex organisations
- Strong experience working in regulated environments (eg public sector, finance, healthcare)
- Expertise in creating service blueprints and mapping end-to-end services
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with GDS or similar service standards (desirable)
