Participate in architecture discussions and technical design workshops. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. Conduct code reviews and champion engineering best practices. Mentor junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Troubleshoot production issues and optimise system performance.
