Rather than focusing on hands‑on technical delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring business requirements are clearly understood, validated, and aligned across multiple stakeholders and delivery partners.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in biometric technologies, particularly DNA and fingerprint systems, who enjoys working within complex, highly regulated environments.

- Facilitate workshops and engage with business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Review solution proposals and ensure business needs are accurately reflected throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation or technology programmes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, validation, and assurance.

- Identity management or forensic systems
Knowledge of large‑scale biometric programmes or national identity solutions would be a significant advantage.
