This is a key role focused on developing and evolving performance measurement frameworks, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring digital services are continuously improved through robust analysis and evidence-based recommendations. What You’ll Be Doing Developing and maintaining performance measurement frameworks for digital services and products Defining, implementing and validating analytics solutions against agreed performance measures Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement Producing compelling, evidence-based data stories that drive stakeholder understanding and decision making Supporting the iterative development of products and services through insight-led recommendations Ensuring the quality, accuracy and integrity of performance data and analysis Working with both quantitative and qualitative data sources to generate holistic insights Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, designers, delivery professionals and technical specialists Providing constructive challenge from a digital and data perspective to improve service outcomes Essential Skills
