Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of the programme. The role involves managing the programme plan, monitoring progress against key milestones, and ensuring alignment between project‑ and programme‑level plans to support overall programme success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage the programme plan, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor delivery against key programme milestones and critical path items, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Support workstream‑level planning, ensuring individual projects are aligned with the broader programme objectives.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure seamless programme execution.
  • Provide regular reporting on programme status, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate programme‑level governance, including meetings, documentation, and decision tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in programme management, ideally within complex, multi‑project environments.
  • Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to monitor and interpret programme metrics to inform decision‑making.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering large‑scale change or IT programmes.
  • PRINCE2, MSP, or PMP certification.
  • Experience in aligning programme delivery with business strategy.
