We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to support a high-profile business change and transformation programme within a policing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product delivery across data-focused workstreams
- Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
- Drive business change initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, technology, and operations
- Translate complex requirements into clear product deliverables
Essential Requirements
- Active SC Clearance and NPPV3
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in transformation programmes
- Strong track record delivering within data-centric projects or platforms
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, secure environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Desirable
- Previous policing or law enforcement sector experience

- Hybrid working: 3 days per week in London
