We're seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer to join a high-profile defence client on a contract basis. This role will focus on the design, implementation and support of secure enterprise infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on Identity & Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of IAM and infrastructure solutions
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution scoping, effort estimation and documentation
- Integrate, test and deploy new hardware and software into live environments
- Administer and enhance enterprise systems (AD, Exchange, identity services, access controls)
- Provide 2nd line support and ensure adherence to SLAs
- Produce high-quality technical and operational documentation
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong background in enterprise infrastructure and IAM engineering
- Experience with Active Directory (multi-forest), Exchange (2010/2016+), and MIM/FIM
- Solid understanding of GPO, DNS, PKI, SSO and PowerShell scripting
- Experience working in virtualised environments (VMware)
- Knowledge of Windows Server (2012-2022+) and Exchange CUs
- Proven ability to lead small technical teams and deliver in project environments
