The Role
You’ll embed within high‑performing engineering teams, driving agile delivery across complex, mission‑critical software and cloud programmes. This is not a box‑ticking agile role — you’ll be working with talented engineers and technical leads on some of the most sophisticated technology programmes in the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Facilitating agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams
- Removing blockers and creating the conditions for engineering teams to do their best work
- Working across a portfolio spanning cloud, software, and data/AI programmes
- Collaborating with technical leads, product owners, and senior stakeholders
- Championing agile best practice within a complex, secure delivery environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master on software, cloud, or data programmes
- Comfortable working within large, complex delivery environments
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in or exposure to national security, defence, or regulated environments
- DV clearance is an essential requirement for this role
