About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a pivotal role in securing new business and leading account management activities across major UK Public Sector clients. You’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation, driving sales and client relationships across areas such as business and technology consulting, digital services, CRM, cloud, data & analytics, cyber, automation, testing and application management.
Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders (Commercial, IT, Business).
- Provide account management and ensure client satisfaction for ongoing engagements.
- Develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline across new and existing accounts.
- Lead on bids and proposals, working with strategic partners (e.g. AWS, Microsoft).
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales or account management experience in the UK Public Sector or related industries.
- Strong network within Central Government and Public Security sectors.
- Knowledge of digital transformation in line with the DDaT framework.
- Hands-on bid leadership experience and ability to work closely with solution teams.
- Passion for innovation - familiar with Digital Development, Cloud & SaaS, Data & AI, Agile methodologies.
- Strong client relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate internally.
Security Clearance
This role requires SC clearance. Applicants must have lived continuously in the UK for the past 5 years.
