Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders to capture detailed business needs.
  • Create moderate to high complexity process models to visualise current and future business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Coordinate and lead client meetings, acting as the primary contact for major components of a solution.
  • Design and validate high-level functional solutions that meet business requirements, address feasibility issues, align with technical constraints, and comply with the project framework.
