Sanderson Government & Defence is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to provide first- and second-line technical support across the organisation.

You will troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure AD, and endpoint devices, handling incidents and service requests with a strong customer focus.

The role requires experience with ITSM tools (Service Now, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Remedy) and a solid grounding in ITIL practices.
