Our client is looking for an IT Manager who is ITIL Certified, to manage a team of two IT administrators in ensuring the IT estate is improved, managed and delivering efficient solutions. The successful candidate will have active SC Clearance.
You are responsible for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and improvement of the IT systems and end‑user services. This role acts as the primary point of contact between IT and business users, ensuring technology enables productivity and that issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
You will have experience in:
- Microsoft 365 Management (Teams, SharePoint)
- Jira
- Broad general IT knowledge especially on SaaS applications
- Comfortable troubleshooting and resolving Tech issues
This is a hybrid role, 3 days on site and 2 days remote in London.
