Our client is on the lookout for an experienced and forward-thinking HR professional to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and supportive workplace. You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and staff alike, offering expert guidance across all areas of HR while driving key people initiatives that support our organisational goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide strategic and day-to-day HR advice to senior leaders, managers, and staff
- Coach and support managers in applying HR policies and navigating complex employee matters
- Lead on key initiatives across the employee lifecycle – from workforce planning and recruitment to performance management, reward, and talent development
- Support and manage complex employee relations cases, including performance and attendance issues
- Use data insights from employee relations and workforce trends to shape and improve people practices
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and help attract the best talent
- Champion our culture through health & wellbeing, EDI, and engagement initiatives
- Review and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice
- Support the development and progression of the wider People Team
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and organisational change initiatives
- Work closely with the Head of People on strategic HR programmes and rollouts
What You’ll Bring:
- CIPD qualified or working towards
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced HR environment
- Solid understanding of employment law and confident applying it in practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to juggle priorities and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
