We are seeking an experienced SC Cleared Programme Manager to join a complex, multi-workstream programme based in High Wycombe. Ideally you will have Air, Aviation, or Aircraft-related programmes experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams within a complex programme environment
- Provide strong PMO leadership, governance, and control
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Own and deliver internal reporting, ensuring accurate, timely updates to senior stakeholders
- Manage risks, dependencies, and milestones across the programme life cycle
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and internal governance requirements
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager on large or complex programmes
- Strong PMO skills, including governance, planning, reporting, and assurance
- Experience working across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Background in Air, Aviation, or Aircraft-related programmes (highly desirable)
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Active SC Clearance (mandatory)
