The Enterprise Systems Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-level applications, with a focus on system integrations and data flows. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions that meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise systems, ensuring smooth integration and data mapping.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to system integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Plan and implement system updates, upgrades, and deployments.
  • Document technical designs, coding, configurations, and testing processes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience

  • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, including REST/SOAP APIs and data mapping.
  • Experience with XML, JSON, SQL, and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, ERP solutions, HCM platforms, and integration tools; training can be provided.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Certification in relevant technologies is desirable (e.g., cloud, database, or enterprise application certifications).

Eligibility

Applicants must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC), typically requiring British citizenship and residence in the UK for the past five years.
